Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role for a Customer Support Specialist. The Customer Support Specialist will provide exceptional support to participants, answering questions and resolving issues in a timely manner. Responsibilities include ensuring customer satisfaction, delivering technical assistance, and escalating complex cases to appropriate teams when needed. Additionally, the role involves documenting customer feedback and contributing to improvements in processes and tools.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Customer Support and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Strong Interpersonal Skills to effectively communicate with diverse individuals
- Proficiency in providing Technical Support and resolving technical issues
- Analytical Skills to diagnose, troubleshoot, and address customer challenges
- Ability to work independently, manage remote communication, and stay organized
- Familiarity with AI tools or bootcamp-styled training programs is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
