E-commerce Developer

We’re Hiring: Frontend E-commerce Developer

We are looking for a motivated Frontend E-commerce Developer to help build, optimize, and maintain high-performing e-commerce experiences. This is a fully remote opportunity for someone who enjoys working on responsive interfaces, product pages, landing pages, cart flows, reusable components, and conversion-focused website improvements.

This role is well suited for a frontend developer with hands-on experience who wants to continue growing in e-commerce, performance optimization, and customer-facing development. You’ll work closely with design, product, marketing, and engineering teams to improve key shopping journeys across the storefront.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain responsive e-commerce web pages and customer-facing features.
• Translate UI/UX designs into clean, reusable frontend code.
• Improve product pages, collection pages, landing pages, cart flows, and checkout-related experiences.
• Support reusable frontend components and maintain consistency across the storefront.
• Optimize website performance, accessibility, Core Web Vitals, and mobile usability.
• Test frontend updates across key browsers, devices, and shopping flows before release.
• Work with backend developers, designers, marketers, and product teams to launch new features.
• Assist with A/B tests, promotional updates, bug fixes, and conversion-focused experiments.

Requirements

• Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks such as React, Next.js, Vue, or similar.
• Familiarity with TypeScript, Git, APIs, and collaborative development workflows.
• Basic understanding of e-commerce user flows, product pages, cart, checkout, and landing pages.
• Experience with Shopify, headless commerce, CMS platforms, or e-commerce APIs is a plus.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and performance-conscious frontend code.
• Experience working with reusable components, design systems, or component libraries is a plus.
• Familiarity with frontend testing, QA workflows, or performance monitoring tools is a plus.
• Clear written communication and comfort working in a remote, cross-functional environment.

Compensation

$150K–$210K annual compensation range, based on experience, technical skills, and role fit.
