What you'll do

• Review and evaluate AI-generated software engineering code for correctness, efficiency, accessibility, and clarity
• Write high-quality software engineering solutions to programming and software engineering problems
• Create clear, user-friendly explanations for design decisions, code logic, and problem-solving strategies
• Identify bugs, performance issues, or security vulnerabilities in model-generated outputs

You're a great fit if

• Fluent in English, with strong written communication skills
• Expertise in software engineering: modern frameworks, tooling, and best practices
• 3–5+ years of professional software development experience
• Ability to distill complex technical concepts into simple, clear explanations
